As a fairly casual gamer, I find the Resident Evil games more fun to watch than to play. Having read the novel by S.D. Perry based on Resident Evil Zero, however, I really wanted to play this one myself. I found the control scheme much easier to grasp than most of the other Resident Evil games, while still providing a challenge. The dialogue was well written and well delivered; cut scenes and game play merged together very well, both of which are a matter of life or death when it comes to games for me. Overall this is one of my favorite games, though I am still trying to find time to finish it.
